The problem here is the underlying purpose of schools. They're designed to infantilize the population, cripple critical thinking, manage the breeding stock...a lot of horrible shit. The reading, writing, and 'rithmatic are just meat to distract the guard dogs of awareness while the structure programs your personality. The medium is the message.
Until we restructure schools to actually educate students, we must ignore the teachers. They don't see their purpose.

The article you linked to says "are dissatisfied with their workplaces", and the Forbes article is about "miserable work environment" - i.e. same thing - so not clickbait at all.
