OC Latest vhdl-mode package for Emacs

I don't know who all uses Emacs for VHDL but the vhdl-mode major mode is pretty great for the language. Of course, use whatever makes you the most productive. The following is from the vhdl-mode maintainer, Reto Zimmerman.

The new version vhdl-mode 3.39 is out with some enhancements and fixes:

• VHDL-2019 support
• Style and template enhancements
• Enhanced compilation error parsing
• Many indentation fixes
• Emacs 28/29 support

Please report any bugs, especially regarding indentation, as well as any
missing support for VHDL-2008/2019. That's the most important features I want to keep up-to-date in vhdl-mode.
