Since VanMoof is going into bankrupcy, I was wondering how your bike is doing. Mine is, currently, problem free so I'm able to continue riding. It's a shame for all the people with their bikes in the repair shop.
I hadn't used my bike in a couple of weeks and after I rode on in today I wanted to charge it. When it the light on the charger was green, the app showed it still was only charged to 98%. Is there something that can be done to solve this?
Is peace of mind worth it and if so, would you buy both or one? I'm doubting whether their theft insurance is really better then something cheaper?
I just wanted to share that when you have an Android device, you can easily get into US mode with a VPN. Connect your VPN to a US server and create a VanMoof account and connect the bike. I tried to update via the app and the bike needs to be unlocked for that. But lazy as I am I didn't want to walk to the bike to unlock. So I did it via the app. It unlocks and then you can update the bike. But since the phone is too far away and the bike is never moved, the kicklock doesn't disengage. So I have the feeling the...
