@danyork So, I understand from the updates, that maintenance work on the bridge had reduced the traffic? Such things are always dreadful.

@Tooden It seems like it was the mayday call from the ship that prompted police to stop all traffic going onto the bridge. (But the maintenance workers were already out on the bridge fixing potholes)

@danyork Thank you. I was and I always keep forgetting Wikipedia is surprisingly good at breaking news because it's full of decent sources and very few terrible ones.
