I'm still at the "dog refuses to go my way most days" part. I've tried numerous medications. abilify helped a little for a while then stopped. latuda and wellbutrin seemed to do nothing. I'm on ritalin now which... I'm not sure if it's helping lol, I still struggle most days. instead ritalin seem to just make me very talkative and get "stuck" on something (usually a written post or chat).
"becoming the dog" and the rest of those things sound so nice. but... how to get there?
