jfk, Chris's port engine stalled while underway yesterday. We couldn't get it to restart. Today he, Justin, and I started troubleshooting. First we removed the primary fuel filter, thinking it may have gotten clogged. Removing the filter wasn't hard, but getting the water bowl off the bottom was. It was so tight we had to pierce the old filter with a screwdriver to get enough leverage to remove it. We replaced the filter and the engine still wouldn't start (1/3).
Using a wrench and holding the screwdriver to remove the filter from the water bowl.
