@LibrarianRA Golden Griddle was a popular option back in the day before Log Cabin. Maple syrup must've been much pricier at the time. We didn't know any better.

But this ad is a head scratcher. She's a little young for a 1st date. The date is in the AM?

@LibrarianRA Once I finally tasted actual maple syrup, I recognized that that corn syrup stuff is an actual crime. The color scheme in this ad does nothing to refute that realization.
