And you all still havent fixed the critical 10.9.1 "cant install any more patches" error from back in October? This is blocking all 10.9.1->11.1/2 upgrades.
Most reasonable companies would have a manual method to revert a poisoned patch, and an automated patch within a week or 2. But damn, not Esri.
(Then again, its par for the course when I called over DKIM being busted, and your frontline said to "eliminate DMARC from our mail gateways"... Like, WTF?)
