Dear :

My son and I have committed to next year, and are planning to go by tandem. However I do not currently own a tandem, and am not sure how to best fit one for a 6’1” captain (34” inseam) and a 5’1” stoker (27” inseam).

What sort of frame size should I be looking for, and what recommendations do you have for a good used budget ($400-600 USD) tandem?

@kaleb Bike Friday would have more size range than you need and unlikely at that price (I've not seen many tandems in decent repair for that on Portland craigslist) anything with a slightly sloping top tube should work, I think co-motion and even trek might fit, here's a Burley ( IDK if there's a ferry across the lake?)
