There's good reason to believe it's just been a bumpy period for the platform though, and atomicpoet seems pretty dedicated, announcing that he's bringing in more help from his other project ... so real good chance that things will stabilise.
If not, and I've thought this before, we might look back in 5-10 years and consider gargron kinda the Linus Torvalds of the fediverse. While other platforms will have come and gone, he'll have just been there for years, getting shit done.
