Better option is to go to the source and download/update from there since updates can be delayed in fdroid. Could use singing like github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium to track updates from the source
True, fdroids updates have gotten quite a bit faster though. I remember i used to wait an average of 15 days for an update to an app. That has dropped to around 5 now which is fine by me. Plus unobtanium could use some work to do better with accessibility services like talkback which i need.
Yes, I just find it weird that someone would post “use F-droid” in the F-droid community, since, you know, we’re already doing that 😆.
