NSFW in the "newest" section?

Are they not marked as NSFW? I noticed NSFW is unmarked by default even if you're posting to a NSFW magazine, maybe some people aren't aware of that yet

There's also a bug filed about federated lemmy NSFW communities not being filtered even when the setting is on.

Yeah seeing them too. I've even enabled the "Hide Adult Content" option in kbin.social/settings/general. I suppose some posters aren't marking their content as NSFW. I've disabled thumbnails and enabled compact view for now.
