I'm going to guess that accounts not currently active (for example, this present backup account I never posted with before now because it's a backup account) are more or less excluded from this process (that or everything is processed by hand, which is the opposite of what I've read so far). Just in case anyone considered creating a secondary account just for moderation purposes.
