Also posting from Mbin. I would rather be on Kbin instead of constantly having to explain, when something improperly federates over, that I'm on Mbin and what Mbin even is and not Kbin. But I would rather be on some small instance to help spread the server load around than be on the big main flagship instance. I want to help out with the fedi part of fediverse (what is the point if everyone's on just 3 big instances instead of the 300 that was probably envisioned?). So I guess Mbin it is if I want to avoid kbin.social. For what it is worth, my current instance started as a Kbin one before it swapped to Mbin.
