Finished this just now! This would be the... fourth attempt at this scarf, but I am finally satisfied.
This was done with two types of lacy ribbon "scarf yarn", but rather than treating these as scarf yarn and working on the edges to make ruffles, these were knitted/crocheted as if they were plain Super-Bulky yarn.
The Green/Teal/Navy yarn was one ball of a lost WIP with no label, and there was not enough of it to make a full scarf, so I was trying to figure out how to use it in a nice way.
The blue yarn (4 balls) is Ice Yarns Mambo scarf yarn, knitted in 1x1 rib. The variegated yarn I crocheted down two sides. @knitting@crochet#Knitting#Crochet
