So far it's not straightforward mainly because masto build went out of its way to handicap certain options. SO: you can interact with kbin content especially as commenters. If the kbin mag track tags, if you use it your post will show up in the microblog (if the fetching and federation works properly). The threads section is the most like a forum and that one masto cannot communicate directly to make new content afaik, so you do need a kbin account (i don't think you have to be in the same instance but not sure about this) if you're keen to do so. @magASEAN
