What are #Mastodon plans for making switching instances easier or capsuling user data? This is imho the main advantage of #Bluesky. The mayor flaw on Bluesky architecture in my opinion is if the crawler will actually visit your profile often enough to keep up with the pace of the general social Network.
@Zeugs it will, it's generally not crawling but streaming - each PDS has a websocket that emits all events happening on it, and the Relay connects to the websockets of all known PDSes and combines the streams into one giant output websocket
