Which keyboard(s) are you currently using?

Hello there! Thought I'd kick this community off with a question.

Which keyboard(s) are you currently using?

Myself, I like to rotate, but the one I'm using right at the moment is an Akko 3068 with Akko CS Jelly Purple switches. I got it as it was available locally and supports hotswap. However, I've fallen in love with the included switches. They have a very pronounced tactility and feel very smooth.

jukecity,

I've got two that I rotate regularly. Top one is my Kage SE with NOS alps SKCM blues and the bottom one is my Dolphin 2021 Polycarbonate with alps SKCL greens. Eventually I'll finish my Time80 RE polycarb, which is gonna have alps SKCM orange.

Any of the extended zilpzalp family, particularly enjoying the minimal spacing version :)

Keychron C1 with browns (brand new for home office), and a Velocifire with browns (about to be taken to the office once buidling renos are complete and I can move back into my space). I started out with cheap mechanical keyboards, and I'm testing the waters with a nicer setup.

Right now I’m using my old Keychron K2 v1. My ortho split broke and I need to desolder it entirely to change the controller.

Im currently on an OG keychron q1 (the one with atmega still).

I run akko ocean blues except for the F keys, modifiers and arrow keys. Those are U4T 67gs.

Akkos somehow are really satisfying to use.

I found the U4Ts too heavy and they slowed me down typing so I changed them out, but liked the extra Heft on the other keys.

In addition I dampened the q1 with silicon and cotton. Still sounds a bit aluminium-y but im generally pretty happy with it now.

Keycaps are gmmk pro keycaps, didn't want to spend so much money on GMK, and they're PBT.

I'm a cheap fella who likes MOAR CLICKY. Right now I have three keyboards plugged in, two used every day:

Work computer is an FL-ESPORTS FL980 98-key with Kailh box Navy and some XDA Matcha knockoffs.

Home desktop is a quirky little E-Yooso (the Z-19) 94-key with tape mod, Outemu dustproof Greens, and some soft-edged OEM-like keycaps that I'm pretty sure are surplus or knockoffs from Keychron's molds.

My former TV streaming box that is now a little Armbian system has my hand-wired custom ortho keyboard. Imagine an MIT Planck with a column of three keys (1u, 2u Enter, 1u) tacked onto the right side. It has some Gateron KS3 Blues and low-profile XVX keycaps, and it runs KMK on a Pi Pico. I admit I don't use this one as much, but it was a fun project and I just kinda like having it around.

humanplayer2,

I'm on a TEX Shinobi, with black U4Ts and WoB keycaps from KBnordic. It's hotswappable, and---essential for me---it has a trackpoint!

It only has a web configurator, and no QMK support, but I'm ok with that: I do all my remapping and layers in keyd.

The biggest downside is that it's has some non-standardkey size. Many keys are U0.8, meaning I've had to carve into F1-F12, arrow keys, and a few others. Also the keys around the trackpoint require cutting. For the cut keys, I still use a cheap set from AliExpress.

I'm waiting for the new TEX Shura, which only require key cutting for the trackpoint keys before I molest my KBnordic set.

Hey! Late to the party but I'm just rocking a high profile ALT with blank white XDA keycaps. A lot of people have been hating on it but the Sense75 might be my next keyboard.

Enutro1120,

Gmmk tkl with kaihl box white - daily driver
Ducky One 2 with cherry browns - work/office
XD75 with gateron green
Ergo ez in bamboo with cherry browns

These days I mostly use my Mode Sonnet with MW Voynich and Holy Panda X switches. It's almost unbeatable!

Cooler Master Quickfire TK, bought in the 2010s. I wanted Cherry MX blues but wound up with browns (not much selection at the time here).

upandb,

I just picked up a Keychron V6 with browns and I'm loving it

My current daily driver for my gaming PC is a Drop + Preonic Keyboard MX Kit V3 in the Red colorway, with Kailh MX Box Jade switches. The keycaps I have on it right now are Glimy DSA caps. I'm glad I work from home so I can have all the loud clicks I could want. I have a EZ Planck with Kailh Box Brown switches that I bring for travel use with my laptop as well.

Recursive,

I have become a huge fan of the Meletrix Zoom keyboards. I have the TKL that is primarily at home, and I just received the Zoom65 V2 for the office and general travel (even though it is heavy AF).
