@truth Anybody who says nonsense like this is not someone you should be listening to. After 60+ years in the workforce, I can tell you from personal experience that people often fail to meet their goals, not bc they're "lazy" or "making excuses," but bc the world is a complicated place, and often, complex tasks must be broken down into multiple smaller tasks, and everybody has their own ideas of how to implement each step. Herding cats is relatively easy by comparison.
