Hong Kong student arrested over ‘seditious’ posts, barred from possessing electronic devices and joining chat groups with more than 5 people
According to a court document, she stood accused of “publishing, making available and/or continuing to make available” content on Facebook and Instagram which the intention of bringing hatred against the Hong Kong and Chinese governments. Most of the offending posts were published whilst abroad.
