Excellent. The less indigenous nations have to rely on the U.S. government, and thus gain back some sovereignty, the better.
rockSlayer, (edited ) The tribes could even sell their excess power to the federal grid, reducing demand on fossil fuel power while providing an economic boost for the (typically) highly impoverished tribal population
