North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has been gifted a car by Russian President Vladimir Putin in recognition of their “special personal relations”, state media has reported.
What? I can’t tell if it’s editor’s joke or they really hypnotized themself into calling everything by ‘special’ euphemisms.
