Is Live TV getting any love?

It seems to me that the Live TV experience has been going downhill over the last year. Some issues I have include: having to pause for 10+ seconds after starting Live TV to avoid consistent buffering. Also, auto-deletion for recordings older than X days is spotty.

Am I the only one with issues? Has there been much attention on Live TV functionality in terms of bug fixes?
