But think of the children! Or terrorists! Or whoever else this is being spun as targeting! Look, if nobody has any rights, we could lock everyone in panopticon and crime would be virtually eliminated! That is, what we, small minded authoritarians, define as crime, because abuse of power isn't, as long as we wrote it down!
