I get really angry when after an acquisition the first thing they post is "we’re really excited to share that we’re shutting down!”
Excited to share what? Ok the founders got a boatload of money but for users that’s not an exciting news but literally the opposite. Especially for email it’s an immense hassle to change and migrate everywhere if used their domain.
