My research has a surprising overlap with geosciences packages. I'm tracking bubble trajectories in high-speed boiling data. I'm using xarray already, and trackpy for trajectory finding.
The MF-JSON spec looks like it could be used for my trajectories, despite them being on the millimeter scale.
Do you have examples of using movingpandas alongside xarray with multiple coordinates (in my case pixels and millimeters, but could be varying local coords, etc.)?
@blakeNaccarato@movingpandas@andrewfrench Hi Blake, so far, we do not have an example like that because I've never had such a use case. We have local coord examples from soccer analytics, and bicycling tracks from a video camera.
