The only thing I hate worse than writing all this damn is not having written the tests and as a result spending weeks trying to solve a multidimensional failure problem. Been there, done that.

Grumbling from an old who has been “just about there” for nearly a week now…catching up on writing the test code while debugging, like you’re not supposed to do.

@edsuom I dunno, I've found that test code can be a pretty useful debugging aid

@diazona I agree! I just hate writing it. In a solo project, there’s just one person doing both and I wind up spending at least half the time shoveling after the parade, if you’ll pardon the expression.

(I know, I know, we’re supposed to write the tests first. I do follow the rule about writing a failing test when you have a problem and then making it pass to solve it.)
