@trevdev@wfaler This is one of those times where I don’t mind too much as all the data is mine, synchronised under my control, available on all my devices and in a format I can use in Emacs or other tools (including one I’m writing myself, which might grow to acquire more support for Obsidian-sourced data).
@trevdev@wfaler My Obsidian data is a bunch of Markdown files. Plain text. Everything I’ve even written is there. I know this for sure because I work with the data.
Sure, there’s some metadata that’s incidentally useful inside Obsidian itself, but that’s peripherally useful.
Not sure how they’re hiding my plain text that Emacs and my own tools can see.
