Boosts appreciated :)

My benchmarks for Angular/Vue/React/Svelte are finally properly set with graphs!

Everything can be seen there: https://github.com/Pierstoval/benchmarks-react-svelte-vue

I have over 2000 build tests, and over 200 runtime tests (which took longer to setup, hence why there's less).

My server is still running the tests as I speak, but I think it's already relevant.

And we can agree that Svelte Kit probably provides the most advantages if we consider more than these graphs :)

skylarkingmullet,

@pierstoval The results are very interesting. Svelte is amazing. Do you think it can be compared with SolidJS or Rust frameworks (like dioxus, leptos, sycamore)?

@skylarkingmullet If you're able to recreate the same tiny todolist app than all other apps in this benchmark, feel free to propose a solution and I'd be super glad to add SolidJS to the list!

For Rust-based with wasm, I'm not sure, because I don't know if headless servers would support it, but if somebody finds a solution it might be great!

skylarkingmullet,

@pierstoval I am interested in adding Solid. Would you accept a PR?

Next step: add different versions of these frameworks, maybe different practices (such as Vue's svelte-like syntax).

I also wish we could use a "flat" packages lockfile so that we can better compare dependencies.

@dunglas still a React fan? 😁 WDYT?

@pierstoval I still haven't tried Svelte. But ecosystem and popularity count for me far more than performance.

@dunglas with svelte there's no need to have a "svelte" way of doing things, while react almost always needs so.

Let's take a js lib, just use it, no need for an adapter that has all the states, hooks and virtual dom stuff because it's just js in the end.

@dunglas I'm gonna talk about this next month at API Platform Con, I expect you to be very focus 😁😁
