@RL_Dane GSM incl. GPRS is still supported by all mobile networks I know. Your carrier may choose to block your access, but there is no technical reason for it.
Many remote IoT connections like vending machines, some public transport displays, and gazillions of remote sensing equipment still use GPRS as it's perfectly fine for the use case of sending a few bytes of data to home base. @sotolf@twizzay@benjaminhollon
