@buckysrevenge yes, but you need to carry it without being supported on the ground. So backpacks and content are OK. Devices that support people like wheelchairs work too. Vehicles used for convenience for non-disabled people are not allowed. Neither are living beings, except micro organisms, viruses and bacteria. Unless they're in vials. Then they won't transport.
