@Deceptichum Because kbin is linking up two different services/platforms. What you just posted to is the "microblog fediverse" which is basically just twitter. If you click over to "threads" you'll find the fediverse for "reddit" style posts. kbin gives you access to both as opposed to just one or the other. Also, this "secondary feed" is actually just like a twitter post, you can post images and such here too.
