@WanderingInDigitalWorlds I gotta be honest, doing this, is both freeing, and anxiety ridden. I am going through old posts, and it genuinely bothers me how much I shared over the years.
I remember back in 2013, season 1 of Agents of Shield, they were trying to find someone. Coulson mentioned at one point in the first episode how they rarely need to track people anymore because of how much they share on the internet.
@Dennis5891 Some have a tendency to initially overshare on the internet. It takes time to really understand the benefit of having a smaller digital footprint. I understand your concerns, as those breadcrumbs would make it way too easy for someone to find you.
It's good that you've considered what you share and don't share more carefully as now you have better control over the online life you lead.
@WanderingInDigitalWorlds The thing is, every time I start to wonder if my paranoia is reasonable, Musk, Zuckerberg, the Government or SOMEONE, proves it justified.
@Dennis5891 Exactly, I tend to think that anyone in either the government, social media CEO, or arrogant billionaire won't have my best interests at heart. People like us are a resource to be utilized for either foul or fair purposes.
