breaking my "NO FOOD BEFORE NOON, FATASS" rule today.
got x2 sausage mcmuffins after gym time
fried x3 eggs when I got home (x1 egg for the houndbeast)
apply x1 fried egg and x1 slice of American pasteurized cheese product to each sausage mcmuffin
@coolboymew@haberdasher some people literally can't workout unless they eat before hand. It's extremely uncomfortable but does lead to a better pump for lifts.
@coolboymew I find it is easier for me to just not eat before noon. by the time noon rolls around, I want to eat something. whereas if I eat breakfast, then I either feel compelled to eat lunch -OR- I don't feel like I can make it from breakfast to dinner without eating.
what I find most difficult is not eating anything at all after 8PM.
@haberdasher I often find that I have 0 appetite if I don't eat beforehand
Otherwise, if you're hungry, drink tea. It does wonder to fill the gaps. I have a thermos with a screw lid, boil water, let the teabag sit in the thermos, you can even screw the lid, wait 15 mins and you're good for hours upon hours
