If I had a penny for every bloody Python package that ships code coverage or linting as a part of the test suite included in its release packages with <100% coverage and/or linter issues I might be able to pay for the required therapy to deal with that shit

@drewdevault 100% coverage is too much work. >90% would be good. But most don't have that

@joshix coverage is a bad metric in the first place but at least don't make it a failure condition of your test suite in your stable release package

@joshix they just assume downstreams don't run tests because the entire Python ecosystem and culture is a disaster
