@skinnylatte Wait what? Do all Jerseys produce milk w/ a different protein? (I know it is rich, we had a Jersey when I was a kid, we hand-milked, much cream.)
@dr2chase i don't know the exact science and scientists seem to disagree on whether this is really true, but for me and many other immigrants, a2 milk doesn't kill our digestion at all and jersey cows apparently produce more a2
