@davidho People that want to hate, will seek places where they can effectivly hate and since X has lost many who were once victims over there to the fediverse, they start to follow. I don't think there any great measures to prevent that unless mastodon closes it's doors but that would leave many good people outside.
What could be done is silencing, ghosting these once they showed their real intentions. Let them spend their time spread hate, but let it seep into the gutter before it gets anywhere
@davidho I have had one like that too. He only joined a few days earlier, I suspect a reject from other platforms wanting to inflict his irrational rage on everyone.
