Feeling ill this morning, so we got McDonalds delivered, which they run through ubereats.
I have never had an ubereats delivery go correctly, and this was no exception. Guy arrives with the food and just stands there at my door. Didn’t ring the bell, didn’t follow the directions to leave it there and go. He texted me that he was there and I had to tell him to leave it behind.
Do they just do a shit job training these people, or is the app fundamentally broken at giving drivers instructions?
Every so often a doordash delivery will have something wrong — an item missing, usually — but its almost always the restaurant’s fault. Same for grubhub.
Only UberEats seems to have drivers incapable of properly delivering things.
