I am expecting some very sharp lines from Gukesh. Nepo will shut out Hikaru. Fabi is just getting going, wonder will the Queens come off early again. Abasov may have got a draw out of Nepo but Vidit will be tougher.

The Women is over and deadly predictable though I hoped for upsets I was wrong. China 1 and 2. I can't see Humpy getting close.

As big an upset as a Chinese half-marathon with Vaishali winning in FIDE Women today. Only one prediction correct but at least only Vidit letting me down in the Open. Like he always does. :(
