@sun many of the spaces which were apolitical or best case anarchist got destroyed by bullshit identity politics. german CCC and other clubs are a shadow of their former self now. hacker ethics got replaced by virtue signalling rituals.
@sun i might add that i think this happens on purpose. hooking into the "defending the weak" mechanism is a really strong way to control people, like evidenced by what happened during covid.
