When I was at Columbia, there was an undergrad senior in the program who bragged about his nunchuk collection. When central admin heard, midway through spring semester, they stripped him of his TAship and banned him from campus except for the classes (IIRC 1 class?) he needed to take to graduate. Columbia did not bother informing the grad schools he'd applied to. Then while at admitted students' visit to the school of his choice, he sexually harassed women, and had his offer rescinded.
