I like to remind those from my generation, as they grumble about the young people of today, that we were ‘the young people’ once. That the older generations looked at us and thought the world was doomed because they saw us as scatterbrained or lazy or because they simply didn’t understand us.
I look at the young people of today and know they’ll be fine; they’ll figure things out just like thousands of generations before us.
