Every genital modification should be a wanted one, chosen by the person receiving it, without coercion or fraud.
This means ending non-therapeutic genital surgeries on children born with intersex traits.
This means ending infant circumcision.
This means money toward public health in Africa, and ending the West's neocolonial project of mass circumcision.
