Section 230 unties the relationship between platforms and user data, but X wants ownership of the data only to sue companies for scraping it. That is not how the law works.
Once again, Elon Musk and Co. have zero understanding of (a) how the law works and (b) how to moderate a social media website. They're just wasting everyone's time.
