My dog had a seizure last night. Could it be connected to the aurora. Idk.

@StillIRise1963 my cat has seizures, they are scared. He even has his own neurologist, though mostly for consultation now with his regular vet. My cat takes more pills a day than me and I learned that missing even a single set of pills with result in a seizure. I have a good cat sitter but I can’t consider being away from home more than 2 nights anymore.

@paulc Sorry to hear about your cat. I totally get it. Mine also takes more meds than I do. She needs 2 pills 3X a day. When I go away, I need a person to take care of my parents, my MIL and my dog. As with your cat, if she misses her pills, she’ll definitely have a seizure.

@StillIRise1963 I hope your puppy is better. Seizures in dogs just alarm the hell out of me. It's tough to find the cause of seizures in dogs sometimes. We were up with our 13 year old dog last night, who's in our home equivalent of hospice care right now. Luckily not seizures.

@timo21 So sorry about your dog. That’s really hard to go through. My dog is fine now. We have meds for her. She’s exhausted this morning.
