[v1.4.1]

v1.4.1 is here to address some critical bugs that were discovered in v1.4.0 that may cause 500 errors and/or odd behavior under the right conditions

For Users

• magazine name autocompletion is now functional again

For Admins

• if you have not already upgraded to v1.4.0, please review the v1.4.0 release notes before updating!!!
• image deletion no longer generates 500s
• media previews no longer generates 500s under certain conditions
• please clear your cache(s) to ensure the updated code is being loaded properly
