On this month in 1970, Intel released the first commercially available DRAM chip, the Intel 1103. The technology replaced Magnetic-Core Memory, which was the main form of RAM since the second half of the 1950s. Nowadays, DDR5 is still DRAM memory! #RetroComputing#Intel
