Two ex-Torrance Police officers plead not guilty in swastika-vandalized car case

Two former Torrance police officers pleaded not guilty Monday to felony charges stemming from a swastika that was found spray-painted inside an impounded vehicle nearly 3 1/2 years ago. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for the pair on Aug. 17 at the downtown Criminal Courts Building.
