hahattpro,

So in few year, there will be a button: find job for me, $99.99/month, and find me some candidates, $999.99/month.

Just hit the button, add your credit card information, sit back and wait for better job.

Or you can find job manually. But you need to purchase a course: “How to write CV bot can understand” and “How to impress AI in screening and technical interview.”

Great. Now we’ll get more AI filtering on the hiring side to deal with the increase in resume submissions. Soon, all applying and hiring will be AI responses ping-ponging back and forth between each other, best “prompt engineer” wins.

higgsboson,

Worth noting that this is just to get closer to parity with LinkedIn, who has offered this for at least a year.

hahattpro,

Linkedin also support AI chat and AI comment. So, you want to make interaction with someone, let AI handler it.

Fake4000,

This would only make resumes fill up with AI gibberish.

HR would now learn to avoid large blocks of text.

abrinael,

Then LinkedIn can sell HR AI to parse these resumes.
