I'm an old Canadian, I do both so I'm good.
In a nice way, I do want to point out an spelling error. Flower should be Flour. This is a common translation error so no harm done. 💚
Again, thank you for sharing your recipe. Like many GF people, I'm always looking for a good cookie recipe. 🍪
